Hi,
I came across an idea called the Three Meeting Theory, and it stayed with me long enough to become a poem.
Poem:
The Three Meeting Theory
It says you’ll meet the same soul three times,
but never in the same way.
First, when they’re just a face,
background noise in the middle of your becoming.
You brush past them,
never knowing what they’ll one day mean.
Second, when the spark is there,
but the timing is not.
You feel it,
but life pulls you in opposite directions.
One of you isn’t ready,
maybe both.
And then the third,
when the dust has settled.
When you’ve cracked and healed,
and softened in all the right places.
When your heart doesn’t flinch at love anymore.
This time you don’t walk away.
You don’t question it.
You just know.
Because maybe some souls
are meant to find us more than once.
Not to test us,
but to meet us
when we’re finally able to stay.
Reflection:
I like to think this theory is less about fate and more about growth. Some connections return, not to repeat the past, but to show you who you’ve become since the first time.
Do you believe people meet us again when we’re finally ready, or do you think some meetings only belong to memory?

P.S. Two quick things I’m excited to share:
My new book Tears Of The Soul will be out in paperback soon for $14.79. But if you’d like to be one of the very first to hold the exclusive hardcover edition—one of the few people to ever get it—you can grab your copy here.
When it arrives, DM me “I got the book!” and share a picture or post it on your story so I can repost you. I’d love to celebrate this with you.
Mockup Of The Book:

if you’d like to wait for the Paperback, I made a set of free poetry wallpapers for your phone. You can download them [here].
